We do not receive any compensation from any of our investment vehicles, enabling us to choose the best options for our clients rather than gravitating toward products that generate the most income for an advisor. Client satisfaction and retention are our sole means of success.
We make it a priority to provide sound education to our client. We understand that every client situation is unique and every asset management solution is client specific. For this reason, we offer custom investment solutions for each client. A Principal of the firm takes the lead for every client relationship ensuring continuity and accountability for the life of the relationship. This Principal will work closely with you to create a financial plan.
Most importantly, we are a client-centric, independent, research-oriented firm. We will never try to sell you a product, because we have no products to sell. Our investment universe is not bound to a specific fund family or other captive arrangements (investment options are virtually unlimited). The service we are proposing to you is the only service we offer. One hundred percent of our time and attention is spent on providing investment advisory services to our clients. All of our resources are focused on this pursuit. Our focus is now and will always be on client service.
We challenge you to find an established firm of our size and capability with a lower client-to-professional ratio. We do not think you will.
